Echo Resources’ Yandal Gold Project is awaiting receipt of tender submissions for the mining contract in order to finalise the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS).
The company says this is the sole remaining step needed to conclude the BFS, which is on track for completion by the end of June.
All major cost items have been advanced to formal tender and quote stage, with the company awaiting receipt of tender submissions for the mining contract in order to finalise the BFS.
These tenders are due during June.
Echo has committed to long lead capital items and has commenced low cost pre-development site works in anticipation of a positive BFS outcome.
The project is located in the Goldfields region, roughly 700km northeast from Perth.
The Yandal greenstone belt is one of Australia’s most prolific gold producing belts, hosting projects such as Jundee (Northern Star Resources), Wiluna (Blackham), Darlot (Goldfields) and Agnew (Goldfields).
The project has existing Mineral Resources of 1.7 Million ounces and Ore Reserves of 856,000 ounces.
