WA extends window to access grants to improve capability

The West Australian government has extended the closing date for applications for the Local Capability Fund (LCF) until the February 28.

The LCF aims to assist local businesses to improve their capability to supply goods, services and works to the State Government, major projects and other important markets.

The LCF provides funding of up to $20,000 for eligible activities, including consultancy services, purchase and upgrade of equipment, training and qualifications, and improvements to internal business infrastructure and systems.

There are two current LCF rounds: the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy (WAIPS) Round and the Regional Aboriginal Business Round.
