SA Hydrogen Action Plan kickstarts projects

Hydrogen Utility’s (H2U) hydrogen and ammonia supply chain demonstrator in Port Lincoln is one of four projects included in the South Australian Government’s new Hydrogen Action Plan to grow a hydrogen economy.

The Port Lincoln Times is reporting the Hydrogen Action plan, released this week, sets out 20 key actions across five areas to help scale-up renewable hydrogen production for export and domestic consumption.

South Australian Government’s Hydrogen Economy Steering Committee co-chairperson Terry Burgess said in the plan that the state had an opportunity to progress the development of renewable hydrogen projects, like H2U, to meet the significant future hydrogen export requirement.
