Just Released – Strategic Planning Tools to Make Sense of Australia’s Renewable Energy and Power Industry

The rapid deployment of energy projects across Australia has created an extremely challenging environment to track and monitor.  In consultation with MESCA and key industry stakeholders, Business Maps Australia have just published two essential maps for suppliers and industry stakeholders to assist them to target power generation and renewable energy projects.

Australia’s Renewable Energy Projects-2018Now fully updated from the 2017 version, Business Maps Australia presents the most comprehensive coverage in this unique and detailed mapping of the Australian Renewable Energy Industry.   This map includes several months of research, and looked at every type of Energy generation technology, including Wind, Solar, Marine Wave power, Biomass, Hydroelectric, pump hydro and Hybrid systems.  The map now displays over 230 specific projects at commercial scale (power generation of 1 MW or more), including the latest approvals for utility scale projects from the Australian Renewable Energy Association – ARENA.

Australian Power Generation Map   For the first time in Australia, Business Maps Australia brings to the market a product to provide information on the entire power generation industry in the country.   This map provides data on all the key Renewable Energy sites, and also includes the key Coal and Gas fired generators across the nation.

“Strategic planning tools such as up to date and accurate business maps are an essential business development tool for suppliers operating in their chosen sector,” MESCA National Manager Alex Stanojevic said.

“After having spoken to hundreds of suppliers to the energy sector I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that these maps will deliver a commercial advantage when used to support the creation of business development strategies,” Mr Stanojevic said.
